Description of the home

Beautiful, light filled room available in a lovely home with wooden floors and fantastic light. Hurry cause this room is never available for long! You will be sharing the apartment with me as well as the one bathroom. Wifi and water bill are included in the rent, electricity we split in half, around $50 per month each.

The location is very convenient. Its a 20 minutes train ride to the city. It has easy access to tram (7 mins), buses and train (15 mins).

The room has wooden floors, lots of storage and a built in desk and shelves as per pics. Fully furnished with a single bed (king single) and a lovely fold out sofa bed shown in the photo.
