The apartment is really beautiful, it’s a furnished (except your room) 2 bed, 2 bath so you will have your own bathroom. It is located in the lovely Spanish Club apartments with a secure entrance and is a short walk from tram stops, busses, Cole’s is downstairs, all the cool shops/bars/restaurants nearby. There is also a carpark that will be available for an additional cost if you want it. the old tenant just needs to remove their car (which has been stuck there while the car lift is being repaired).
