You’ll be moving into a brand new, modern apartment that genuinely feels more like a luxury space than a standard rental. The place is beautiful, bright, and well designed, with stunning city views and a direct outlook over Flemington Racecourse from the balcony. It’s the kind of view that never gets old.
The building itself has amazing facilities, including a pool, sauna, gym, and a café on-site, with a massage studio currently being built. There is also a shared work and study area in the building, which is perfect if you work from home or study, and it comes with free WiFi access. It really feels like living in a resort or hotel-style complex.
The apartment is fully furnished, so you won’t need to bring much with you.
