We are searching for somebody to sign on to the lease long term.
Bills are split 3 ways and vary depending on the season, so the price listed is a ballpark figure.

Amazing location central to almost anything you would need, shopping center and train station are a 5 minute walk away. Buses close by too, so no shortage of public transport. There's a beautiful park just one street over, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Perfect room size for one person with a fireplace feature for purely aesthetic purposes, lots of storage space and plenty of space to decorate and juggle around your furniture as you wish.

We tend to spend the majority of our time busy doing our own things in our rooms, but when we do pass each other in the communal areas we're always friendly and up for a chat.

Liam is very fitness focused and there's often exercise equipment and tunes in the lounge during the day, though we're all respectful of each others' space and noise levels especially at night. We have a cleaning roster to ensure that the major areas of the house are kept tidy on a weekly basis, but we also take initiative to clean any other messes or tasks that come up in the house or garden.

Liam: Male 26, I like to work from home and on the go, often travelling out of town and exploring the country. I exercise regularly, like to keep my house clean and tidy and value organization highly. I'm friendly and and always up for a chat in the communal areas, but also value my own space and privacy. I'm very passionate about music and always have tunes playing in the background. I'm not one to throw big parties or lavish affairs, but I do enjoy having company in the house. Overall our dynamics have been very respectful and friendly. I'm looking for a housemate who appreciates similar values and who is highly reliable, like our housemate of many years who is sadly leaving us.

Cade: Male 24, I study full time on campus and online from home, like Liam i try and keep the house tidy, and stay to my room most of the time. I enjoy playing video games on Playstation and PC, you may hear me chatting to my friends online in the evening but the walls are pretty sound proof, and I'm respectful of my housemates needs and happy to negotiate :)
