We are searching for somebody to sign on to the lease long term.
Bills are split 3 ways and vary depending on the season, so the price listed is a ballpark figure.

Amazing location central to almost anything you would need, shopping center and train station are a 5 minute walk away. Buses close by too, so no shortage of public transport. There's a beautiful park just one street over, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe.

Perfect room size for one person with a fireplace feature for purely aesthetic purposes, lots of storage space and plenty of space to decorate and juggle around your furniture as you wish.

We are at the end of an era, seeing some flatmate fixtures in this house decide to go in a new direction, so I'm looking for two people to sign onto the lease ideally for at least 6 months.

A little about me - I work/do odd jobs at home and so I spend most of my time here, though I have been known to leave for months-long vacations on short notice. You'll see me surrounded by electronics, designing circuits and gadgets, or day trading, most of the time. While my schedule is unpredictable, I like to keep things organized when possible, and in the past myself and my housemates have kept a cleaning roster which helps to keep everything clean and in good condition. I like to play a lot of music at all hours but I am respectful of others around me and I'm looking for someone who shares that sentiment.

Bills and expenses

Bills are divided equally, which include elecricity, gas, water, internet and the occasional gardener or tradie when necessary. The price of bills vary greatly depending on whether it is summer or winter, and whether we need to hire a gardener or organize repairs.

Liam: Male 28, I like to work from home and on the go, often travelling out of town and exploring the country. I enjoy building and working with computers and electronic equipment in my workshop at all hours. I exercise regularly, like to keep my house clean and tidy and value organization highly. I'm friendly and and always up for a chat in the communal areas, but also value my own space and privacy. I'm very passionate about music and always have tunes playing in the background. I'm not one to throw big parties or lavish affairs, but I do enjoy having company in the house. Overall our dynamics have been very respectful and friendly. I'm looking for a housemate who appreciates similar values and who is highly reliable, like our housemate of many years who is sadly leaving us.

There are two rooms available as I'm now the only one left on the lease, so it's first come, first served! I don't ask much of prospective housemates except that they can keep things clean and help balance the load regarding the demands of the property as they come up (which isn't much most of the time.) I also ask that my housemates are either employed with stability or are otherwise capable of covering their portion of rent and bills consistently either before or on the due date.
