Join Pete in the marvellous, under appreciated inner suburb of Flemington in this calm and tidy 1930's redbrick sharehouse.
I'm fairly quiet, do most of my socialising outside the house, into mountain bushwalking, long bike tours, audio art and exploring storm water drainage systems!
I'm looking for busy, kind, progressive people for a VEGETARIAN/VEGAN household (happy if you're prepared to not eat meat at home). I aim to be considerate of my housemates, typically working on music in headphones, keeping the place fragrance free and, non smoking is the go of course! Unfortunately it's not a pet friendly house. Fortunately there are many friendly pets living in the street!
The nitty-gritty, room 1 is large - 16.6 square meters. Rent is $1017.82 per calendar month. Room 2 is a little larger, 17.5 square metres, $1074.37 pcm. Bond is $976.67. We pay $100 pcm into a shared kitty for internet, other bills & household items.
