Home Description
Description of the home
Furnished single room, furnished spacious living room with access to a balcony, furnished kitchen and dining area (the kitchen is quite complete with all the cooking equipments that I will happily share the usage of).
The bathroom that I am lending has a bathtub and hose bidet as well as heating lamps. It will be your own bathroom, but will still need to access the bathroom for laundry purposes as that is where the washing machine is. I have my own ensuite bathroom
The property has easy access to ptv. 7 mins walk to Flemington Bridge Station, and a tram stop (route 59) right outside of it. Which works out well if need to travel often to the city or unimelb.
There is also an IGA in the ground floor for quick easy shopping and is 15 mins walk away from ghr Flemington shopping strip.

I love to cook, play music, watch shows, and hang out with friends.
I'm currently looking for a roomate as I have a spare room and bathroom that might be helpful for soemone looking for a place to live. Would also be great to get to know people and have some company.
I am also a very clean person and I can confidently say that because I do my chores to heart and that I have had people come over plenty of times complimenting how clean, neat, and tidy the place is.
I'm also looking for someone that wouldn't mind sharing the chores for the shared living area.
Happy to socialise with their flatmate but also considerate when it comes to their space and private life. It would be great if we can build a friendship out of mutual respect and understanding. But if you are not up for the socialising bit, that's also fine as long as we respect each other.
