I would describe my place as very homely, in a nice, safe &
very convenient location.
I am located 100 meters from Hampton beach, 100 meters from Hampton train line and 50 metres from Hampton Village filled with cafes & restaurants, boutique retail stores, beauty options, large food suppliers (Woolworths, IGA & Coles) and gyms. There really is everything here! (Just off Hampton Street, Melbourne Victoria).
I'm looking for a friendly, easy-going housemate to share a comfortable and welcoming home.
The second bedroom is bright, clean and perfect for someone who values both privacy and a relaxed shared living environment.
Ideally suited to someone respectful, tidy and considerate.
Someone who's happy to share the space and contribute to a positive household vibe.
I do have a 2 year old golden Cocker Spaniel, Freddie. He is very affectionate and well behaved. He does initially get a little excited meeting new people, however he calms down after 5-10 minutes.
If you are not a dog person, then unfortunately my home will not be the right fit.

I'm 36 years old and have been living in Melbourne for 6 years now.

I take Freddie out for a walk once or twice a day, pending on work or personal commitments.
Freddie will usually venture his way to my bed to sleep however he does have this own bed which is located outside my bedroom door.
If in need, Freddie knows to do his business on the balcony, which I immediately wash down with hot water and disinfectant.
