About occupants
This is not a homestay, but we have a spare bedroom to rent in our 3 bedroom home.
We are a friendly, mature couple, both working part time.
We have all the kitchen equipment, home furnishings required.
If you have furnishings to bring in, e.g. a fridge (a second one, would be welcome:) All is open for discussion.
Compatible people
Looking for a friendly person to join us, you can be young, old or any age, in between:)
We value open, honest communication, at all levels. You can be independent as much as you need to be, outside of normal co living arrangements or be part of the 'family' construct. We are flexible & happy with either.
