Location: Fantastic spot above shops - less than a minute (say 15 seconds walk or a lazy 30 seconds?) to the train station (Cranbourne & Pakenham lines) , buses (to Chadstone, Burwood Campus & Box hill). Downstairs is chemist/ post office, iga supermarket, various restaurants and cafes and walking tracks. Chadstone mall is a 12-15 minute walk away as well.
Room: This is the larger of the two rooms, quite sunny, with 2 windows, aircon and a ceiling fan and three robes as well. The apt has two toilets (yours is upstairs) a good kitchen with new fridge (you have the bottom three shelves) and the top two of the good sized pantry - pic in circle, washing machine, 2 dishwashers etc. The ugly sofa & chair are going to charity – if you have one great if not I will buy on FB marketplace. There is a good-sized balcony which needs some greenery. The apt is furnished except your room but have a small side table for use.

Welcome to Hughesdale! My wonderful flat mate is moving overseas – a lovely straight guy whom I have shared with three times now. So the room is available from 15th April - dates may be flexible.
Me: Im Daniel (from NZ, Lived in UK & Japan), I have been in shared acc all my life and a little older than most I guess (50s) haha, I am gay and love travel. I work f/t (concierge in 2 buildings 55 hours a week) 7am – 3pm so up early in the morning & early to bed, I have Tue/Weds off.
I like (try) learning languages, painting and attempt exercise regularly. I am quite relaxed with a good sensor of humour and a average cook haha. I have a great love of India & Pakistan. I am away a month of each year travelling to India / Pakistan .
Looking for a flat mate who is independent but up for a social chat occasionally. You need to pay your bills on time, share cleaning, be a good communicator, it’s a quiet and peaceful home.
I am reasonable tidy, try to clean weekly but its not set in stone, never use the dishwashers just rinse and wash after each meal. Both dishwashers welcome to use, stove is electric. My cooking is one pot mostly as you probably guessed hehe. I use the shower never used the bath - all yours.
