About the occupants
Hi, my name is Peter; I am a 36-year-old professional in the legal industry, working full time. I mostly work from home, and often long hours.

I am clean, tidy and respectful of others. My interests consist of soccer, music, movies and tech.
Compatible people
I am looking for respectful, tidy, friendly, and considerate people with a positive attitude. I think it's great to have a friendship within the home, but also respect each other's space and privacy.

While the room is big enough to have a bed and study desk (one can be provided), the apartment also has a huge living space with multiple private study spaces if you want to get out of your room.

I’d prefer a student or professional who is working/studying part/full time.

No parties.
Description of pets
My dog’s name is Blyton. I share him with my partner so he will only be in the apartment from time to time. He is a small Shih Tzu (less than 5kg).

From Blyton - I’m a very friendly and sociable dog who enjoys meeting new people and dogs. Some of my favourite things to do are play with my cuddle toys, learn new tricks, and cuddle with my owners on the sofa. I also like going for walks where I can run around, sniffing all sorts, but I’m most happy when I get home and can relax in my bed. I tend to sleep about 75% of the day, and why not? Overall, I love being a dog, and I think I’m pretty good at it too.
