Description of the home

Hi, I have a large master room available from May 12 (Sunday) at Kew, as one of the housemates is moving to Gold Coast, this room with a queen bed, you own bathroom, $320/week, excluding bills.

NOTE, this is a big house at 800 m2 land with 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, not for couple, we are trying to minimize the number of people.

The house is 1 km walking distance to IKEA (Victorian Garden Shopping centre).
Both 48 and 109 tram 100 m from the house, 15 - 20 mins to CBD.

I am at my early 40s, male, Chinese background, have lived in Australia for more than 10 years, well-educated, PhD, research scientist in engineering, full-time Monday - Friday.

You will share with me, an Aussie male who is a Chef, a New Zealander male working as a software engineer, a Chinese lady working for an immigration company in CBD, and a polish male who is on working holiday visa but looking for a job right now.

I clean the house and mop the floor every week by myself. We are looking for someone who has awareness of share housing etiquette and has general awareness of tidiness and does his/her best to do the part in being keep the house clean, particularly, after cooking and using the bathroom.
