I am looking for a legendary roomie to sublet a room in my quaint unit in Mordialloc. Perfect location! Cross the road and you’re at the beach, walk 3 minutes up the road and you’re at the main strip of shops and train station with plenty of eating out and bars/pub.

The unit itself has its own courtyard and grassed area out the side with 2 decent sized sheds and side gate access. Great sized kitchen, shared bathroom with separate toilet and lots of storage space. You’ll be sharing with myself and my beautiful bunny Hugo. I pride myself on keeping my place clean and am super stingy about keeping the electricity bills as low as possible (to the point where I turn switches off at the wall)!

The block itself consists of 3 other units with couples and us neighbours all get along swimmingly. The Unit is located just off beach road and the area is well maintained in a quiet neighbourhood. There is a beach bike path that you can cycle and run along that will take you all the way into Williamstown.

Bills are divided evenly and consist of electricity and water. In terms of food, I like to do my own thing, however am happy to do a shared meal once a week
