Hey Flatmates! We're looking for a female housemate to join our friendly 5-person household. This is a lease transfer, so we're ideally looking for someone seeking a longer-term living arrangement and keen to be part of the household. No additional pets, please.

🌿 The House
Located in a quiet part of Mulgrave with bus stops a 1-minute walk away (routes to Chadstone, Dandenong, Glen Waverley, Stud Park and Monash University). Waverley Gardens is just a few minutes away, and on-street parking is available.

🛏️ The Room (Unfurnished)
A smaller room best suited to a single or double bed. Plenty of natural light, shutters, and cupboards. You'll share a bathroom with three other girls and be part of the household cleaning rotation.
