Our place is 10min bus ride to Monash University (Clayton Campus) and a 5 min drive to the nearest city line train station, and the bus stop short distance from the house. Centrally located to major shopping centres - Chadstone Shopping Centre, the Glen and Brandon Park Shopping centre. Close to transport, the nearest train station is a 6min drive and Melb CBD is 35 mins from public transport. With peaceful surroundings, lots of plants, friendly housemates and your own personal space, our listing is a gem! Suitable for solo adventurers and especially for Monash Uni students or visitors.

Bikes are provided free for use by the housemates. Fully furnished house only bring your own bedding and you can move in. But if you don't need any of the furniture in your room since you have your own then I can remove them for you. No issues at all.
I'm pretty easy going and flexible so if it's anything reasonable I will try and accommodate.

10 minutes walk to local shops such IGA supermarket, bakery, fish and chips etc.
15min walk to Coles.
No smoking inside the house.
Have unlimited fast cable internet throughout the house.
