The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (+1 toilet), a furnished lounge room, kitchen and dining area. There’s also a garage, driveway and street parking if car space is needed. We have amenities such as washing machine, dryer, oven, dishwasher, aircons. Outdoor area enclosed but can be opened to let sunlight in!
PTV is very close by with both Huntingdale and Clayton stations being around 15–20-minute walks away. There’s also a bus stop directly in front of the house (630 line).
