Hello,
I’m looking for a second person to share a lease in a two-bedroom apartment. The larger room will be available soon. The apartment is fully furnished.
Rent is $450 per week plus bills.
Great location — close to the beach, city, Coles, bus stop 234, and tram stop 109. Car park is available.
I’m looking for someone aged 30–45, working full-time, preferably from the office.
I work from the office every day and go to the gym afterwards, so I’m out from around 7 a.m. to 5–6 p.m.
I’m into fitness, gym, hiking, and the outdoors — someone with a similar lifestyle and interests would be very welcome.
