There is also a downstairs powder room, and I’m in the master with my own ensuite (2.5 bathrooms).
Each bedroom has its own split system A/C system and the house also has central gas heating.
Your room is a queen sized room with room wide built in mirror robes which has a large amount of top storage. There is also currently a large desk & chair for desk, quite new Queen bed & great quality dry cleaned mattress, fresh linens, ottoman, side tables x 2, lamp & 2 sets of draws in the room.
The only thing no longer in the room is that armchair, but the ottoman is still there.
Any furniture can be removed by being placed in the garage which is near empty.
The backyard area is beautiful for summertime and your room’s view looks out to beautiful greenery. ☀️ 🌱

You can share / use anything in the house. It has a dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine and lots of other appliances like slow cooker, rice cooker etc. I just brought a new Dyson vacume. The house is fully stocked so you don’t need to bring anything if you want! However, you can always switch furniture and use the empty garage for storage or a alternative work place for you.
It has heaps of space with a seperate dining room which can seat 6-8ppl; European laundry with washing machine and dryer to use.
You will have a free on street parking permit. There is an inside garage (in addition to the off street parking). The garage is nearly empty; and can be used for anything you want: such as a home office, yoga / multi purpose room / home gym, storage etc. It has heating and polished concrete rooms.
I have the house fully furnished, and take great pride in my home.

Bills and expenses
Bills are approx $30per week each. gas/elec$50pm-$70 each in warmer months, water $38pm each and unlimited broad bank internet $40pm each.
I will pay for / provide for free for all other bills including: Foxtel, Netflix, Stan & all upkeep costs.

I’m Laura and I work full time legal aid youth lawyer (currently working in govt policy). I am 40, enjoy hanging out with my 5 1/2 year old daughter (who I have for 50% only as she is with my ex husband alternating- she stays in the 3rd bedroom 50% of time), hanging with my friends, having a chat and wine or 2….. & my 2 puppy chihuahua dogs.
I am very clean non-smoker & easy going. I am looking for someone who likes their independence but who would possibly like to share a meal/s, Netflix binge with me, and ideally loves dogs and also kids!
I (well the bank!) owns my house. It’s right near West Richmond train station. As I am the landlord it makes fixing things very easy- I am very house proud and keep everything very clean & in great running order.
I have a nice front balcony area to grow herbs which gets nice northern sunlight, which you are welcome to use at any time!
