Each bedroom has its own split system A/C system and the house also has central gas heating.
Your room is a queen sized room with room wide built in mirror robes which has a large amount of top storage. There is also currently a large desk & chair, brand new Queen bed & great quality dry cleaned mattress, fresh linens, arm chair & ottoman, side table, lamp & 2 sets of draws in the room.
Any furniture can be removed by being placed in the garage which is near empty.
The backyard area is beautiful for summertime and your room’s view looks out to beautiful greenery. ☀️ 🌱

You will have a free on street parking permit. There is an inside garage (in addition to the off street parking). The garage is nearly empty & can be used for anything you want: such as a home office, yoga / multi purpose room / home gym, storage etc. It has heating and polished concrete rooms.
I have the house fully furnished, with a new couch, new dishwasher and the central heating just was repaired.

Bills and expenses
Bills are approx $30per week each. gas/elec$50pm-$70 each in warmer months, water $38pm each and unlimited broad bank internet $40pm each - that’s $32 each per week each.
I will pay for / provide for free for all other bills including: Foxtel, Netflix, Fetch box, rates & all upkeep costs.

I’m Laura and I work full time legal aid youth lawyer. I am 37, enjoy hanging out with my 3 year old daughter (who I have for 50% only as she is with my ex husband alternating), hanging with my friends, having a wine or two & my dogs, I am very clean non-smoker & very easy going. I am looking for someone who likes their independence but who would possibly like to share a meal/s, Netflix binge with me, and ideally loves dogs and also kids!
I (well the bank!) owns my house. It’s right near West Richmond train station. As I am the landlord it makes fixing things very easy- I am very house proud and keep everything very clean & in great running order.
I have a nice front balcony area to grow herbs which gets nice northern sunlight.
