Description of the home
We’re in a quiet pocket at the Burnley end of Richmond, positioned close to everything while still feeling peaceful. Victoria Gardens is just around the corner for Coles, Kmart, IKEA, Hoyts and other essentials, while Swan Street, Bridge Road and Victoria Street are all nearby for cafés, restaurants, bars and Richmond’ food scene. We’re also surrounded by gyms, Pilates studios, parks and the Yarra/Main Yarra Trail, with excellent public transport nearby including Burnley, Richmond and West Richmond stations and trams. The CBD is only around 5km away, making it an ideal spot for someone who wants an active, social lifestyle with everything right on their doorstep

Skye is 36, originally from London, and works full-time as a NICU nurse. She’s also big on keeping active and enjoys the gym, Pilates, getting out for drinks with the girls and making the most of Melbourne. She’s tidy, respectful and friendly, and always up for a good chat. Skye lives on the lower floor, so there’s a nice balance of shared space and privacy within the home.
We’re both pretty independent and have our own lives, but we enjoy being friendly and social at home, whether that’s sharing a meal, having a wine, or simply catching up after work. We’re looking for someone who’s similarly clean, considerate and easy-going, and who wants a home that feels more like a home than just a place to live.
