The room has a double bed, a new 32 inch smart TV with FREE Netflix and perfect picture quality on every channel, a new 3 drawer bedside table, a bedside lamp, clock radio, ample power points, a fan, a new 6 drawer tallboy inside a 2 door BIR, a new gas-lift double bed with plenty of room for storage underneath it, new linen, new pillows, new towels, new doona and new doona covers. The room has a large window which opens and it has a view out to the balcony. The bedroom door has a lock for added privacy, security and peace of mind. The only thing the room requires is you.
I am looking for a female or male who is working or studying. A clean and tidy person. All students are encouraged to apply. It’s a 35 minute tram ride to Melbourne Uni from the tram stop at the corner of St Kilda Rd and Inkerman Streets in St Kilda, which is 150 meters from my front door.
Sorry, but I am Not looking for a couple and there is no room for pets unfortunately. I’m after a quiet person that doesn’t have friends over regularly. I don’t want other people in the apartment on a regular basis, this includes partners.

VACATING:
I require 28 days notice before you vacate. You must stay for a minimum of 6 months. Please do not apply if you can't stay for at least 6 months.
