Home Description

Description of the home

Seeking a flatmate for my apartment in St Kilda.

I am looking for someone wanting to stay for a minimum of 6 months with the possibility of extending to 12 months or indefinitely.

THE ROOM:

The apartment and the room are fully furnished to the point where there is no room for you to bring any extra furniture. The room has a queen bed, a new 42 inch smart TV, bedside tables, lamps, ample power points, portable aircon, 2 door BIR with mirror, some storage underneath the bed. A big wind with balcony access. The bedroom door has a lock for added privacy, security and peace of mind. The only thing the room requires is your presence.

THE APARTMENT:

Available 26th June.

Approximately 20/25 minutes from Flinders Street Station on a tram, the building is amazing and has a view to Alma road and Brighton/St Kilda road. It’s a sunny 2 bedroom apartment with everything you need. It’s bright and spacious with plenty of natural light.
Tram stop is right in front 2 min walk, 3,67 trams. Nice walk to st Kilda beach or Albert Park.

The place has a large L balcony with an outdoor lounge suite, coffee table, plants and a BBQ for your use. In the open plan lounge/dinning, a dining table, a wonderful coffee table, a very comfy couch, a large screen TV, a very effective heater and air conditioner, a bluetooth speaker and timber floors.

NEARBY:

There are plenty of nice cafes, pubs and restaurants in the area, Acland street’s café’s are an 8 minute walk away. St Kilda Botanical Gardens and Aldi supermarket are a 10 minute walk away. Coles, Woolies and the Balaclava train station are an 15 minute walk from the apartment. A Melbourne Uni/Carnegie, St Kilda Rd tram (number 67) (3)is 150 meters away.

THE PERSON:

I am looking for a female or male who is working or studying. A clean and tidy person. All students are encouraged to apply.

Sorry, I am NOT looking for a couple and there is no room for pets unfortunately. I’m after a quiet person. This is not a party place. I don’t want other people in the apartment on a regular basis but open to host events on the weekends.

About occupants
I’m Romi,
A Brazilian living in Aus for the past 8 years. I do travel a lot but when I’m home I’m locked in WFH. I work fully remote.
I like to have friends over and have a good chat, like sharing life and enjoy the space but also respect the shared areas and people’s boundaries.
