The available spacious bedroom is light and bright yet cosy. You have your own bathroom, and we have an additional powder room. No bathroom queue here! While the apartment is light and bright, there is an external awning for those of you who need a dark room.
There is a storage unit built into the room, along with wall mounted racks to hang items. If that isn't enough space, there is also a wardrobe located in the front foyer too. Bedroom furniture can be arranged upon discussion/finding the right person for an extra fee.
The monthly payment for the room is $1,650, includes internet. The only additional bills are Electricity & Water.
My last flatmate is French, is now back in France and she has left some furniture behind. She is open to selling her furniture if anyone wants to purchase it.
Items include: Queen bed base, mattress, chair and a lamp. As shown in some of the bedroom images.
Home Description
Description of the home
This will be one of the BEST rental apartments you have ever lived in. If you are looking to live in a quiet, spacious and homely apartment, you have found it! I have been here for 20 years and counting...
I am looking for a flatmate (possibly a couple) to share a room in a spacious three (3) bedroom apartment in Toorak. You would be living with me and I use the other room as a study/spare room.
While I don't have a cat or dog, I do have tropical fish, who are also VERY social and greet you whenever you go into the kitchen. And yes, they are hoping you will feed them!
This light, bright and beautiful, furnished apartment is secure (first floor), 2.5 bathrooms (main with spa and a powder room), heating and cooling, balcony, internal laundry (2 x washing machines & dryer), dishwasher and microwave. Apartment is located on a beautiful tree lined street, close to Toorak Road and the Toorak Village. Transport wise there we are close to the #58 tram and between a few train stations. There is also plenty of street parking.
I have typically preferred longer-term flatmates, however, it's more about finding the right fit. So, if you think you might be, reach out.

I am a full-time marketing professional in the I.T./Tech space and have a couple of side hustles. I am a warm and vibrant personality and have been sharing for over 24 years. I appreciate living with others who are clean, considerate and have experience sharing. Essentially, people who are good housemates.
I enjoy living an active lifestyle, eating organic food, being social, spending time with friends/family, and generally enjoying my life with my boyfriend, friends and loved ones. I also travel for work, so there will be times you will have the house all to yourself.
I am pescatarian (or flexitarian depending on where I am...) and enjoy cooking fresh food. As I travel, it's easier to manage our own food. Having said that, I have enjoyed many nights where we have house dinners too. It simply depends on the house dynamics / preferences.
You will definitely like living here if you are looking for a cosy apartment and you like being able to come home to someone who you can be yourself around. Whether we become good friends, or good flatmates, it's a respectful and comfortable place to call home.
While the apartment is now more of a sanctuary from a busy life, (and there are so many incredible restaurants / cafes / venues to choose from!), I still enjoy hosting friends for occasional dinner parties / cheese, wine & board game sessions.
