Unfortunately my lovely housemate is moving interstate and I need a lovely person to fill up his room.
Two storey apartment with two bedrooms and 1,5 bathrooms in Windsor , 2 mins away from the tram 64/5 and 7 min walk to Windsor station and chapel st.
Very nice and quiet street close to shops, cafes, bars and restaurants.
You will be sharing the apartment with me, very clean and tidy person, I work full time and I’m very social, love a chat over a wine or tea. I’m looking for someone who can maintain the common areas in great condition and who can chill and watch a movie or binge series every now and then. LGBT friendly.
The room can be fully furnished or completely empty if you have your own stuff.
The rent is 350 per week and the bond will be 1300.
