This renovated character house is on a big block of land 730 m2, with a big garden and entertaining area. The house has three bedrooms, the shared areas in the house are: a nice living area, new kitchen, study, dining area, with everything you need.
We are a 2 minute walk from Meltham train station which has regular trains to the cbd.
Car parking is available in our driveway. It is a great area that is quiet and is in walking distance to shops, coffee shops and restaurants.
The room currently has a single bed but happy for you to bring a double bed if you would rather a double.
