Overlooking dog park and river. We also have quite large, well fenced back yard if you have a dog.
You would have mostly exclusive use of kitchen and laundry, and you would also have use of a spare office if you need a quiet place to work or study.
Our house is a work-in-progress. Our top level is very spacious and offers privacy but does not have doors (easily explained if you view the property).
Price is very negotiable as we are mostly looking for someone who can add something to our home.
