🏠 What I’m looking for in housemates

🍻 The vibe I’m looking for:

I’d love to live with people who are friendly, social and easygoing. It would be great to have dinner together, share a drink, or have a laugh sometimes

At the same time, I completely respect everyone’s privacy and personal space. We don’t have to do everything together, and everyone should feel comfortable doing their own thing whenever they want.

⚠️ CLEANLINESS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO ME! ⚠️

I want people who are VERY, VERY CLEAN, tidy and respectful of shared spaces. This is genuinely a priority, and I want to be upfront about it from the beginning.

I’m looking for people who:

* 🧹 Clean up after themselves immediately.
* 🧼 Keep the kitchen, bathroom and common areas clean and tidy.
* 💪 Take initiative and notice when something needs cleaning, rather than waiting for someone else to do it.
* 🤝 Understand that sharing a house means everyone contributes equally.
* 🏡 Respect the house and the people living in it.

I’m not looking for people who leave dirty dishes, mess or cleaning for someone else to deal with. I don’t want to have to remind adults to clean up after themselves. Everyone should take responsibility for their own mess and help maintain a clean, comfortable home.

I want the house to be a place where everyone feels good coming home to, not somewhere people have to worry about cleaning up after others.

Basically, I’m looking for a good balance between having a clean, respectful home and living with people who can become good friends rather than just strangers sharing a house.
