It has a wall mounted AC/heater plus a ceiling fan. You also get your own bathroom with a great shower (rain water head) and your own parking spot in the lock up garage. The apartment also has some storage space in case you need a place for your suitcases!

Come live in the most beautiful home in Freo with port views, magical sunsets, TWO parking spaces in the garage (!!!), and an amazing location!

LOCATION:
The house is near the port and just a 10 min walk to the train station. Lots of great food options nearby and super convenient for driving north, south or east on your commute!

THE HOUSE:
Our place has an amazing views of Fremantle Port which gets great sunlight all day and beautiful sunsets in the evening. The house is more like a townhouse than an apartment with bedrooms downstairs (nice and cool during summer) and the shared living spaces are all upstairs. There is a third bedroom here which we’ve been using as a shared office space and you’re welcome to set up your own desk there as well.

FURNITURE:
As the outgoing flatmate is taking most of furniture, we do have a few things we need to buy like a washer and dryer, sofa, and dining table. I have a few things like a rug, lamps, side tables, two chairs, and a brand new refrigerator. Of course you are very welcome to bring your furniture too! (This would be ideal) Your bedroom is unfurnished.

ABOUT ME:
Hi I’m Kortney! I’m 39, single, extrovert, originally from the US but I’ve been in Australia for 10+ years, and I work full time as an executive coach (4 days in the office, 1 day wfh). I’m also studying to be a clinical psych so I do have a bit of uni in the background which means I’m sometimes beavering away on a research paper. I’m always up for a chat and you’ll find I’m a very thoughtful and warm person, who’s great at listening and giving advice (it’s what I do for a living after all). You’ll be living with me and only me.

LIFESTYLE:
I keep a pretty clean and tidy home (you could say I’m house proud), and really do my best to keep any mess to my own room! I’m looking for someone similar who keeps our shared spaces presentable. I do like to occasionally have friends over but you’ll find I mostly socialise outside of the home. I do love to cook and watch some tv so it would be great to have a flatmate who wants to hang out and have some chats on the couch at the end of the day. I rarely drink and don’t smoke, mostly eat clean (but do love some chocolate!) and workout regularly at the Fremantle pool.
Compatible people
I try very hard to be considerate of my flatmates (tv down after 9, help get the laundry up/down, keep the kitchen clean for them to use too) and I really get along best with others who value the same. My current flatmate and I alternate cleaning fortnightly which is pretty simple with just a vacuum, mop and dusting of the shared spaces. I’d like to keep this going if possible!
