Hi. I have 2 beautiful grown adults (not living with me) and I'm just enjoying life. I'm pretty chilled, work full time, and try to lead a fairly healthy lifestyle. I am a breathwork facilitator and I do have clients that I see on the weekends. I am sporadic with my exercise.
