The house has large rooms and is on a big block. It’s a quiet street but close to the shops (Belmont Forum) and airport, and easy to get almost anywhere in Perth fairly quickly. 25min drive to the beach. There’s buses to Curtin University and the CBD just 8 minutes walk away. It’s only a 12min drive to the city. I would recommend having a car or scooter to live in Belmont. The TV has Netflix and Disney.
I’m looking forward to doing small upgrades to the house including revising the gardens. I want to make the house a great place to live. :)
