Description of the home
This home is located on a subdivided block, with my parents living in the front house and a modern 4x2 at the rear. The property is secure, with parking available behind front gates that remain closed unless coming or going. It’s a safe, friendly street where everyone knows each other – a really nice, easygoing vibe.
The room is furnished with a queen bed and includes a built-in robe, with additional storage available if needed. You’ll also have your own bathroom and toilet for added privacy.
The house is fully furnished, including washer, dryer, and dishwasher. While there’s currently no air conditioning, a unit will be installed before summer – in the meantime, a fan is provided.
As the home is newly built, I’m looking for someone who will respect the space. As well as my parents who are retired and live at the front, but they keep to themselves.
I have two friendly dogs who mostly stay with my parents but do have access to the house, so you’ll need to be comfortable with dogs (no additional pets, please).

I’m not a party person, but I do enjoy being social in a more laid-back way — think watching a movie together, or just hanging out and chatting after a long day. I can be a little shy at first but warm up pretty quickly.
I really value having a calm, respectful home where we can both have our own space but also feel comfortable around each other. Ideally looking for a female housemate around a similar age who’s on the same wavelength.
I also have two very friendly dogs who love a cuddle. They mostly keep to themselves but do have access to the house, so you’ll need to be comfortable around dogs.
