Description of the home
The rest of the house consists of my bedroom and office, as well as common areas such as kitchen, shared bathroom, laundry with top load washer and toilet, sun room (currently empty), sunken lounge with couch/TV/PS4 and big dining table (this is where the board games are best), and enclosed storage area attached to lounge.
You would share about 50% of storage in the kitchen, fridge, pantry, bathroom, laundry and linen closet.
Internet will be available very soon, it is currently being upgraded to the fastest NBN. If you would like access to the internet, we would share costs at $41.25 per person per month. Bills are very reasonable so long as we are not going overboard with AC and showers, bill averages to come.
The cats have beds and towers in most rooms but will come and snuggle if you let them. They are super friendly and pretty good listeners, too.
Property is only a 3 minute drive from Belmont Forum and a 5 minute walk to the bus stop.

I work full time, I am a non-smoker and not a big drinker either. In my spare time I am often snuggled up on the couch with my kitties playing a videogame or binge watching my most recent show obsession. I also love crafts, board games and reading. When going out and about, I love trying new food places, shopping and especially thrifting.
I despise cooking, so I like to meal prep in bigger batches so I would be out of the kitchen most of the week. I like to keep mutual spaces clean and tidy and will ensure cat fur is kept to a minimum!
His sister, Kiri, aged 4, is a dark grey sweetheart. She is very fluffy and cute and uses that to her advantage. She is regularly groomed and only complains a little bit. She can't meow much, so she is a quieter companion. She hates being held, but will happily become your shadow in whichever room you are in. Kiri loves to explore boxes and bags.
Both play with many toy mice, so you may find these scattered about the house.
