Description of the home

We've all been travelling so place is a bit messy right now. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom on the 4th floor of an apartment complex with a shared pool, spa, gym and common areas. There is a concierge 24/7 and a garage underground behind our car parks (both taken by myself and Ellen). Our housemate Tracey is moving out on the 5th (to a place with car space) so we're looking for someone to fill her room. There is a double bed in the room but happy to get rid of it. I've renewed the lease until November so ideally want someone that can stay until then. The buses along my street are free if travelling in the city limits, and just a short walk from the Riverside. The Rise is a 24hr convenience store just on the corner where I buy last minute snacks.

Rent is $250 per room plus bills. We'll split bills evenly. Wifi is around $90 a month and electricity varies depending on aircon use.

About the occupants
I'm Ashley, 27 yr/o and am sharing this place with two females but one of them is moving out. I'm hoping to find an easy-going housemate to take her room. I work full time and study at UWA part time so I'm pretty busy but when I'm free I like to travel, go sailing, beach, have a drink or two and play boardgames. I love trying new things and I do a lot of things in the cultural/heritage space (Maori and Aboriginal).
Compatible people
I barely cook but will do dishes after each meal. Happy to just bulk buy groceries and split total cost rather than label shelves in the fridge but whatever works really. And if you ever need a plus 1 to any random event I'm always keen for anything. Most weekends I nap, study and try go to the beach or hike. My friends are all lovely too and will probably want to meet you too.
