It is in a quiet complex with a bus stop out front or about 10 minutes walk to Glendalough station (2 stops from Perth) where there is a bus to Innaloo shops and Scarborough beach and just down the road from IGA. The complex backs on to Herdsman Lake and a short walk from Lake Monger
