This is a 4 x 2 built in 1991 with some modern additions such as new plantation shutters installed this year, the whole interior newly painted in 2024, new carpets installed in 2024 and professionally cleaned rooms every 6 months such as tile cleaning and carpet cleaning.

The room available in this listing is all bills included for a double room flexible with or without furnishings. It has a private bathroom and toilet but may be shared with visitors to the home.

Evaporative air-conditioning works well in summer months.

There is a spacious dinning room, living room, laundry and kitchen for communal use.

Laundry has a front loader and dryer. Kitchen contains fridge/freezer, electric stove, ovens and dishwasher.

The outdoors is a mixture of grass, garden beds and paving with some garden furniture.

There is a darts area, a barbeque area and smoking area.

Clothesline out the back.

Shed out the back is available but with limited space.

Car space available on driveway for one vehicle.

No pets.

Couples incur an additional $20 P/W.
