Hello!
I have 1 room available in my 3x2 pad on Guildford Road in Maylands which is ready to have someone move in straight away! All bedrooms are decent sized and have built in robes and air conditioning for those horribly hot summer days. The house itself also generally stays pretty cool during the summer which is nice too! The house is mostly furnished but there's always room for more stuff and has a garage for additional storage too.
It's a really convenient location, just next to Coles, Liqourland, Mcdonalds, Subway, 1 minute walk to bus, about 10 mins walk to Maylands train station and really close to the city - generally a $10 uber trip!
