Description of the home

We’re a couple Irish Male 29 and English Female 32 looking to rent out a room in our 4-bedroom house. We’re ideally seeking another couple. There is a choice of two rooms, first room is smaller, already furnished with a queen-size bed, while the second is a larger, unfurnished space that can fit a double bed. The house also has two separate living spaces, giving everyone plenty of room to relax. It’s a 5-minute drive or a short bus ride to the train station in Clarkson and just 5 minutes to the local shopping center. We’re not a party household—we prefer a calm, quiet environment where we can relax. We’re hoping for respectful, tidy housemates, and we’d love to hear from you if you’re interested!
The lease term is 3 months with a possibility to extend afterwards.

Please note only one room is available as we would like to keep it to just four people.
