Hi. I have 2 beautiful grown adults (not living with me) and I'm just enjoying life. I'm pretty chilled, work full time, and try to lead a fairly healthy lifestyle. I am a breathwork facilitator and I do have clients that I see on the weekends. I am sporadic with my exercise. I enjoy going out on the weekends with live bands preferenced over DJ's (however there are lots of exceptions) and I like a dance. But I also just like to chill at home listening to music.
