Hi, I can offer a welcoming and homely stay!! I am an older person, very active and work part-time. I am seeking a SINGLE FEMALE STUDENT. My location is ideal for people studying at ECU. I would appreciate someone who is quiet, honest, clean, trustworthy, a non-smoker & very independent. I would like a single person due to privacy concerns. There is good internet reception & I hotspot. There are two lounges/TV's - I have one for my art studio. I also have a much loved cat.

There is a double size bedroom AND one study room/ lounge next to it. Off-street parking. Plenty of storage room.
