Hi all,
Starting to put some feelers out. I’m looking for a single house mate (preferably someone who works FIFO) to share my newly built house in Spearwood. Room will be available around early to mid May as I haven’t moved in myself yet.
Bedroom is a good size and the bathroom and toilet are right next door. There is also the option of renting one room or two if you require extra storage. (I’m only after one house mate though) Rooms are unfurnished.
House is only a 6 minute drive to Coogee beach, 2 minute drive to Phoenix shops and close to Stock rd.
Must be good with dogs as I have two little guys. (They sleep a lot) I also look after my 4 yr old Niece from time to time so bare that in mind.
Rent would be $200 a week inclusive of bills, more if you require the second room as well.
This isn’t a party house as i am a little past all that and live a pretty chilled life.
Looking for someone who is clean and respectful as it is brand new.
Please do not reply to the add if you can’t afford the $200 a week.
Potential viewings will happen late April.
