Rent includes bills (electricity, gas and internet) as well as some shared kitchen items (dishwashing tablets, coffee beans, paper towels, bin bags, etc.)
The room is unfurnished, with a built-in wardrobe with mirrored sliding doors. You'll have your own bathroom across the hallway (houses the washing machine/dryer). The apartment is bright and gets morning sun on the balcony/living/dining/kitchen area. There is air-con in the living room.
Kyle and I have the 3rd bedroom as an office/spare room, which you are welcome to use if you have guests.
The house has a relaxed, homely feel and plenty of shared space to enjoy without feeling on top of each other. We’re in a great location, within walking distance of Greenmount/Rainbow, Coles/Woolies/Aldi, gym, Pilates studios, and Public Supply (very important).
The apartment is in a modern, well-maintained complex with access to a pool and BBQ area.

Kyle works full-time as a structural engineer, and I work as a dietitian and support worker. During the week, we’re usually busy with work, keeping active, or winding down at home. Outside of work, Kyle’s usually on the golf course, playing tennis, or in the surf, and I’ve recently been dragged into golf too 😅 We also enjoy reading, cooking, a wine, and spending time at the beach.
We enjoy a good balance of social time and downtime - always happy for a chat, but also respectful of everyone having their own space. We’re looking for someone who enjoys a relaxed, clean, and respectful home environment and is easy to live with. If that sounds like you, reach out!
