Close to transport and shops. Decent size room available for rent but has a walk in robe and ensuite. Double story house. 3 seperate lounge rooms. Can offer bedroom furniture if required. We are a house of 3 adults, 1 child and pets include 3 dogs and a cat.

Bills and expenses
We put money towards bills every week and then divide up the amount when it comes between the 3 adults. This will be divided between the 3 adults already living there and the tenant. We only require payments towards electricity, gas and water bills. All other bills like internet and foxtel are included

Having 3 dogs we need someone who is good and used to them as 1 is already big and another is only a puppy but will be a big dog. All animals are friendly and love people especially kids. We have enough animals so unfortunately we can’t allow anymore
