I’m looking for a female sublet flat mate (sorry no men, no couples, no extra pets) for a private room in a safe, quiet, top‑floor apartment in Ashfield.
10 min walk to Ashfield station or Parramatta Rd buses. 12 min walk to main street (Liverpool Rd) where you have many shopping options, a mall and restaurants.
There is a private car space available and all bills plus nbn WiFi are covered – no hidden extras. Bond is 2 week’s rent.
No shared chores to worry about. You’ll be responsible for keeping your room tidy, doing your own laundry, and washing your dishes and any cooking items as you go; I’ll handle cleaning the rest of the apartment.

This is a sublet so you would need to provide LJ Hooker with ID and proof of employment to be added to the lease.
