Details
This is a 2 bedroom flat so you'll be sharing with me: a designer, christian and plant mamma in her 40’s that likes to cook, read and get out and about making the most of the weather. When I’m not doing these things, you can find me at church, out with friends doing the markets or at home being a homebody. Most of the flat is furnished already with my stuff, so you wouldn't have to bring much but if you do have furniture we can work that out too. Just ask.

I value cleanliness, respect, discipline but most of all open, honest communication as this is essential and important to me for a harmonious balance on both sides.

This apartment is cat friendly, as this is the landlords preference. Lastly, this isn't a party household - it'd be more suited to a working professional that cherishes their time and space and has their own life and activities going on, obviously don't mind sharing a meal together every now and then too because reciprocated kindness is always appreciated.

This landlord has specified the period of lease is a 12 month minimum and after that - it'll just be a roll on situation, so as you can appreciate - hoping to find a good fit for character, cleanliness and lease period.

Home Description

Description of the home

10 minutes from the train station and 5 minutes to the main mall and surrounding restaurants and shops. Its been an ideal location to live because everything is at our fingertips! 30-40 minutes into the city and 10 minutes to summer hill.

The room available - has your own ensuite, and inbuilt drawers/shelves. It's the bigger room out of the two. It's light filled (our sunny aspect is pretty amazing). Our neighbours are kind, quirky, funny and most of all respectful.

The room itself- comes unfurnished and the photos posted are furnishings from the last roommate - so you'll be able to put your own flair on your room with an ensuite.

The view at the top of the building and inside out apartment is a 360 degree viewpoint of Sydney and is ideal for summer bbq's and small get togethers. Some of the best of the best restaurants are along Liverpool road - including Malay Chinese, New Shanghai, Kujira, Apothecary Cafe and much much more.

There is a storage cage and parking spot (if you have a car) below on bottom level, which makes it easy to get in and out of as its a one way street, great for when you're getting to and fro from work or social stuff.

Being in the innerwest, gives you all the best lunch, brunch and creative spots/initiatives within 2 km. Summer Hill/marrickville regularly puts on monthly markets, music events. We don't pay for water - only electricity and gas.

About occupants
Hi there,
You'll be flatting with me: a designer, christian and plant mamma in her 40’s that likes to cook, read and get out and about making the most of the weather. Compatible people
A working professional that has their own rhythm and life going on, good to have a chat every now and then. People that are disciplined and clean and also don't mind sharing a meal with each other every now and then. Not a party household, someone that values their personal space and wants a calm and peaceful place to come home to after work. No dramas, no worries.
