Right next to Ashfield park, 7 min walk from woolies, 10mins walk to train station, bus stop across from property. My place has a washer and dryer, a dishwasher, large fridge, oven, microwave, spare desk and chair, a lovely balcony, a large bedroom with a lock, king single bed and a very large closet to yourself. A ton of extra space in the loungeroom. I do not have a TV, however I do have a smart tv projector. There is nbn and a router, however, you will need to set up your own internet.
You will also have your own off street undercover parking at no extra cost.
Electricity is included in rent.
