2 Bedrooms Available
Private bedroom
- Shared bathroom
- Built-in wardrobe
- Desk available
- Use of separate room
- Good view or outlook
You have full access to the whole apartment including shared pantry and supplies, the open kitchen (and hidden washing machine), a bright living room, wrap around balcony. There is room to keep bicycles and surfboards in the lock-up garage but not enough space to accommodate a car so "off-street parking" is not available. Parking spaces always available on West Street with more spaces available near White Street.
No hidden extras. The rent amount is all you pay in advance on a fortnightly basis plus two-weeks bond. No point enquiring about a room if bond is a problem for you.
If you take the room, you'd be sharing the apartment with an obese old man who retires to his room most of the time because anxiety and depression get the better of him and he is tired all the time.
The old man attends to "nana duties" when it comes to household cleaning and welcomes a reminder if a shared space is looking neglected. Rule of thumb is we try to leave shared spaces as we found them.
Until May of 2025 my best friend in the world was a senior Pug X named Joey. Joey was the little love of my life and almost a year on, I am still tearful when I think of him. I wish there was some form of an afterlife - a permanent hug or embrace - just Joey and I laying on a gentle slope by Tania Park.

One fat old man remains home most of the time. Usually active from dawn until dusk. Responsible for basic cleaning of shared spaces. Quiet, independent, emotionally withdrawn.
A tranquil living space though Rainbow Lorikeet are BOISTEROUS!
We respect privacy, property and dignity of flatmates and neighbours.
We try to clean up after ourselves, which means leaving areas as we found them, though sometimes things go wrong.
I usually do a deeper weekly clean.
