*Furnished and lockable room in a centrally located, small, quiet, family-oriented block with friendly neighbours, tame native birdlife and one Pug named “Joey”.
Small desk, large built-in wardrobe and a comfortable king single bed.
*A three minute walk to bus stop for Manly, City, Northern Beaches or North Shore routes.
*Ten minute down hill walk to Stocklands (formerly “The Totum”) Shopping complex.
*A leisurely half-hour scenic walk to Manly Wharf.
*Smoking is okay as long as it’s done outdoors on the balcony and smoke-accessible windows and doors are closed.
*Pets are welcome as long as they do not disturb tenants and neighbours.
Generic basics provided almost like a Bed 'n' Breakfast. You will not be cold, hungry and unwashed.
