*A leisurely half-hour scenic walk to Manly Wharf.

*Smoking is permitted as long as it’s done outdoors on the balcony.

*Pets are welcome as long as they do not disturb neighbours.

Generic basics provided almost like a Bed 'n' Breakfast. You will not be cold, hungry and unwashed.
