The apartment has a lot of natural light throughout the day and has a lovely feel about it. It’s a 2 minute walk to Balgowlah Village, the shopping centre with Coles. The 162 bus stop to Manly Wharf is outside the neighbouring apartment block and the Lauderdale St entrance to the beautiful North Harbour Walk is a 5 minute walk away. 1x uncovered off street car spot is included with the room. The bus stops for the city and Crows Nest routes are also very close by.
