Description of the home

The unit is in Balgowlah, just a 10‑minute stroll to Stockland Shopping Centre. The room is $400 per week and includes internet (we’ll just split gas and electricity as the bills come in).

The unit is fully furnished and comes with a queen bed, side table and closet. There’s also a separate sunroom with a desk that the right housemate is welcome to use as a home office if needed. The laundry is just outside the building and has a private combo washer/dryer for our unit.

I also have an air purifier and a robot vacuum that runs a few times a week to help keep the place fresh and dust‑free.

Bond is four weeks, and the room is available from 9th May.

A little about me: I’m tidy, work in corporate with a mix of WFH and city days, and I’m pretty house‑proud. I like the home to feel warm, calm and welcoming, so I follow a simple “clean as you go” approach to keep things easy with a deep clean tossed in for good measure. I live an active lifestyle — hiking, Pilates, gym, tennis — so I’m often out and about, but when I’m home I’m low‑key and enjoy a peaceful space. I don’t smoke, but I do enjoy sharing a wine and chat with friends.

I’m looking for a like‑minded, clean and considerate housemate who values a healthy lifestyle and enjoys a friendly, relaxed home environment.
