The apartment is located on the second floor which is the top floor of the secure building.
The building offers 3 visitor spots that could be used for parking but if you don't have a car Rockdale station is only 500 meters away.
The apartment itself has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a separate laundry and the kitchen is sperate from the lounge and dinning.
Off the lounge is a long balcony.
The living and dinning area has a pretty good space so it doesn't have a squishy or tight feel about it, this space also has aircon.
The bedrooms do not share a common wall which is also nice for privacy.
The bedroom for rent is a pretty good size and easily fits a queen size bed,
There's also a large built in wardrobe.
