Hi all, we have one room available in Bondi, just between the beach and the junction, you can walk 10 minutes to both, and the bus stop is just outside the building. The apartment is big with a terrace and another balcony off the kitchen, 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms, you will be sharing the bathroom with only one other person.

There are two Italian guys living in the apartment, in their 30s, working full time and amazing persons, super clean and respectful.

The rent is 400$ per week plus bills (internet and electricity only), but reduced to 370$ for the winter season and 470$ for a couple. The room is furnished and already available.

Please if interested send me a message with some info about yourself and a time that you would like to inspect the place, I won’t answer to “is this still available” , if the add is up it is, so let’s don’t waste our time. If you decide to take it after the inspection, you will need to pay three weeks deposit for the bond (will come back to you when you leave with three weeks notice) and then two weeks rent once you get the keys. Bills and expenses

The bills to pay are electricity and internet, the electricity comes every three months and gets divided by all people in the apartment. While internet is fixed at 90$ per month and gets divided by all people living in the apartment. If you leave before the electricity bill comes, the weekly payment will be calculated on the last one received. In average the total bills to pay are around 20$ per week per person.
