The apartment is located on a quiet street and is about a 15 minute walk away from the beach. It's close to cafes, restaurants, Coles, Woolworths and public transport.
The room is furnished at the moment with furniture as shown in the photographs. The apartment has a kitchen and bathroom/laundry with washing machine and dryer. There is also a balcony with views of the neighborhood.
Rent is $580 per week excluding bills (electricity & Internet) - Rent for Couples is $680 per week. The room is available from 23rd Aug, and minimum preferred stay would be 2 months to maximum of 12 months.
