Hi, my name is Anna.
I live in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and looking to rent out the second room. The room has built in robes but is unfurnished.
My ideal flatmate is someone who has a similar lifestyle to me. You're working full-time, or studying, respectful about other people, clean and tidy, and understand when people need their space. I'd like to live with someone who I can get on, have a chat, but also understand people need their own time. I work in the city four days a week in finance, and would like to live with someone who isn't coming home late, or making heaps of noise late at night.
We're next to Warringah Mall and less than 10 min walk from the bus stop. Private balcony, all day parking on the street, air-conditioning in the room.

I like to be active, being outside and social, but also enjoy some solo home time - watching tv or pottering around the apartment.
My home is a safe space, so you will have to have the same mentality.
Would be great if you have a similar lifestyle; working or studying, or both!, enjoy being outside/has hobbies, keen to hang out occasionally but not required. I'd like to live with someone I can be friendly with, maybe grab a drink, but I understand people need their down time ( it's important for me to have some me time).
